About The Position

The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is recruiting part-time Spanish instructors for its World Languages Department. Under administrative leadership, part-time faculty support the visions, missions, and values of the colleges and District. Responsibilities may include classroom instruction, evaluating students, curriculum work, student advising, professional development, and assignment-specific needs. Work hours vary based on assignment. The anticipated start date is Spring 2027. Applications are kept in the pool for one year, and candidates may be contacted for interviews as needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Spanish; OR bachelor's degree in Spanish and master's degree in another language or linguistics; OR equivalent.
• Applicants seeking equivalency must submit an Equivalency Determination Form and equivalency materials.
• Successful fingerprint clearance is required before employment.

Responsibilities
