About The Position

Pandora’s Flex Sales Associate delivers a world-class shopping experience, exceeds sales goals, and helps engage and attract customers, referred to as fans. The role supports store operations during peak hours and shares product knowledge to inspire customers to style their jewellery. The schedule varies according to business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by greater availability during peak times. Hours range from about four hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Peak hours include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, and other high-traffic periods. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
• Availability ranging from approximately four hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
