About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate is a part-time member of the store team who supports reliable store operations and delivers a world-class shopping experience. The role focuses on exceeding sales goals, engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and inspiring customers to style Pandora jewellery. Core Staff Associates work consistent schedules and support the team and customers. The role requires completing an assessment emailed after application submission. Hours are typically up to 12 hours in base weeks and increase to 21 hours during peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week. A consistent schedule and availability of at least 20 hours per week are preferred; associates may be regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
Arrive at work on time.
Dependability for regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
