About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate is a customer-facing retail role responsible for delivering a world-class shopping experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging and attracting customers. The associate shares product knowledge and helps customers style jewellery, building brand loyalty and lasting connections. Core Staff Associates are part-time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities that support the store team and customers. The position includes cross-training across store functions, supporting and mentoring new team members, and completing other assigned duties. An assessment will be emailed to applicants after they submit an application.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
