About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora’s Brea Mall store delivers a world-class shopping experience, exceeds sales goals, and finds innovative ways to engage and attract customers. As a Core Staff Associate, this part-time role provides consistent support to the team and customers, helping keep store operations running smoothly. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style their jewellery, and helps them express their personal stories through Pandora products. The role involves selling, customer engagement, merchandising, retail operations, and supporting fellow team members. Associates are cross-trained across store functions and may mentor and support new team members. Schedules are consistent, with at least 20 hours of weekly availability preferred. Hours are typically up to 12 during base weeks and increase to 21 during peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week. Regular scheduling during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends, is expected. The role requires a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as extended periods of standing and the ability to lift more than 50 pounds. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with and engage people at all levels of the organization.
Must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Dependability for regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
