About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora @ Glenbrook Square delivers a world-class customer experience, surpasses sales goals, and finds innovative ways to engage customers. Core Staff are part-time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, supporting the store team and customers. The associate shares product knowledge and inspires customers to style their jewellery and express their stories. The role requires completing an assessment emailed after the application is submitted. Hours are typically up to 12 per week during base weeks and increase to 21 hours during peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week. A consistent schedule and availability of at least 20 hours per week are preferred. Associates are regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends. A flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is part of the role.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 or more pounds, and arrive to work on time.
Dependability for regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
