About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate is a customer-focused, results-oriented member of the Pandora store team. This role delivers a world-class shopping experience, surpasses sales goals, and finds innovative ways to engage and attract customers. Core Staff Associates are part-time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, providing reliable support to the team and customers. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style their jewellery, and helps them express their stories through Pandora products. The role requires completion of an assessment emailed after application submission. Work hours are typically up to 12 hours in base weeks and increase to 21 hours during peak weeks, with a maximum of 30 hours per week. A consistent schedule and availability of at least 20 hours per week are preferred. Scheduling may include nights, weekends, holidays, peak hours, and critical shifts.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience.
At least 18 years of age, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, including regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
Ability to arrive at work on time.
