About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora’s The Mall at Green Hills store delivers a world-class customer experience, exceeds sales goals, and finds ways to engage and attract customers. As part of the store’s core staff, this part-time role provides consistent support and helps keep store operations running smoothly. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style their jewellery, and helps them express their stories through Pandora products. The position typically offers up to 12 hours in base weeks and up to 21 hours during peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week. A consistent schedule and availability of at least 20 hours per week are preferred. Regular scheduling during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends, is expected. The role requires completing an assessment sent by email after applying.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive to work on time.
Dependability for regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
