About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate is a customer-facing, part-time retail role responsible for creating a world-class experience for Pandora customers, exceeding sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage customers. As a Core Staff Associate, the employee supports smooth store operations on a consistent schedule and shares product knowledge to help customers style jewellery and express themselves. The role includes cross-training across store functions and opportunities to mentor and support new team members. An assessment will be emailed after the application is submitted.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
Punctuality and dependability, including availability for peak hours or critical shifts such as weekends.

Nice To Haves

Availability of at least 20 hours per week is preferred.
Leadership potential and ability to mentor and support new team members.
