About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, surpassing sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. As a Core Staff Associate, this employee helps keep the store running smoothly through reliable support for the team and customers, with a consistent schedule and responsibilities. The role involves sharing product knowledge, inspiring customers to style their jewellery, and representing the Pandora brand. The position typically involves up to 12 hours in base weeks and up to 21 hours during peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week. A consistent schedule and availability of at least 20 hours per week are preferred. Employees are regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends. A job assessment is emailed after an application is submitted.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Dependability for regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
