About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring part-time Valet Attendants at the Hyatt in downtown Denver. The role involves greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, explaining parking rates and vehicle retrieval instructions, and inspecting vehicles before taking possession. Valets maintain a professional company-uniform appearance, address customer issues, and may perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks and other projects as requested by local management. The work is active and primarily outdoors, with regular standing and walking and occasional lifting or carrying of items up to 50 pounds. Other duties may be assigned based on operational needs.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Be energetic and outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds if needed.
• Communicate effectively in writing and speech with a friendly, professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively.
• Application asks whether the applicant can drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of valet parking experience.
• At least one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them when they leave.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests retrieving self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional guest service.
• Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful manner.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks and other special projects when requested by local management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
