Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in parking or hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and proficiency in using cash registers
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guests
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
Process parking payments accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of parking transactions and revenue
Assist guests with retrieving their vehicles and providing directions as needed
Coordinate with valet attendants to ensure efficient parking operations
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests' inquiries and concerns
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures related to parking and valet services
