About The Position

DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking an enthusiastic, service-oriented Bell Attendant/Valet Attendant to provide guests with a welcoming, efficient, and memorable arrival and departure experience. The role includes greeting guests, assisting with luggage, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, transporting guests using hotel shuttle vehicles, and sharing information about hotel amenities and the surrounding area. The attendant also coordinates luggage storage, delivers guest items, and maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel entrance, lobby, and transportation vehicles.

Successful candidates are friendly and professional, have strong customer-service skills, and enjoy hospitality. They are comfortable interacting with guests, operating vehicles safely, handling luggage, and responding promptly to guest requests while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are important. Candidates must have a valid driver's license appropriate for the position, meet applicable state licensing requirements, and have no major driving violations.
