About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring full-time and part-time Valet Attendants for a hotel location in Bellevue, Washington. The role involves greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, explaining parking rates and vehicle retrieval instructions, and inspecting each vehicle before taking possession. Attendants maintain a professional company-uniform appearance, help resolve customer issues, and may perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks and other special projects as requested by local management. The position is active and primarily outdoors, involving standing and walking for much of the day and sometimes carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Other duties may be assigned based on operational needs.

The listed schedule is Saturday–Sunday, 3 p.m.–11 p.m. The pay rate is $18.75 per hour, plus cash tips. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for at least two years. The application asks whether applicants can drive a manual transmission.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Be energetic and outgoing, and be able to stand, run, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Communicate well in written and spoken language, with a friendly and professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively and helpfully.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of valet parking experience.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is asked about in the application.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them sincerely when they leave.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain parking rates and give guests instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional guest service.
• Help resolve customer issues positively and helpfully.
• Perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks or special projects when requested by local management.
• Perform other duties as assigned according to operational needs.
