About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring part-time Valet Attendants in Charleston, SC. The role involves greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, explaining parking rates and vehicle-retrieval instructions, and inspecting vehicles before taking possession. Attendants maintain a professional company-uniform appearance, help resolve guest issues, and may be asked to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, or other duties based on operational needs. The position requires being outside and active for much of the day, including standing and walking, and occasionally carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Shifts are available in the mornings, afternoons, and overnight, including weekends and holidays. Pay is $8.00–$15.00 per hour plus cash tips.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Be energetic and outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds if needed.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken language with a friendly, professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively.
• Be able to work available morning, afternoon, or overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of valet parking experience.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional guest service.
• Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful manner.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, and other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
