About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring full-time and part-time Parking Valet Attendants for a hotel location in St. Louis, Missouri. The role is offered at $14.00–$15.00 per hour plus cash tips, with second- and third-shift availability. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for at least two years. The application asks whether candidates can drive a manual transmission.

Valet Attendants greet and assist guests, safely park and retrieve vehicles, explain parking rates and self-parking retrieval instructions, and inspect vehicles before taking possession. The role involves being outdoors and active for much of the day, standing and walking, and sometimes carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Local management may also assign small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, and other duties according to operational needs.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Be energetic and outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds if needed.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken language with a friendly, professional approach.
• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively.
• The application asks whether the candidate can drive a manual transmission.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of valet parking experience.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and thank them when they leave.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for retrieving self-parked vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional guest service.
• Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful manner.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, and other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
