About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring part-time Parking Valet Attendants in West Hollywood, California, with various morning and evening shifts available, including weekends and holidays. The position pays $20.25 per hour plus cash tips and is available to start immediately. Attendants greet guests, safely park and retrieve vehicles, explain parking rates and vehicle retrieval instructions, and inspect vehicles before taking possession. The role is active and primarily outdoors, involving standing and walking for much of the day and sometimes carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Attendants may also be asked to perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, and other duties based on operational needs.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional guest service.
• Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful manner.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, or other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
