About The Position

Platinum Parking is seeking an experienced supervisor to assist with the operations of parking facilities and work with the closing shift. The supervisor oversees facility operations, staff, revenue collection and reporting, and the maintenance of facilities and equipment. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with occasional weekends. The position offers growth potential within the company. Platinum Parking operates more than 350 facilities in 12 cities and 8 states.

Requirements

At least 1 year of parking experience.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, including clear speaking and strong writing.
Professional appearance.
Detail-oriented, well-spoken, and self-sufficient.

Nice To Haves

Experience with gated equipment.

Responsibilities

Help cultivate a professional, diverse, customer-focused team.
Ensure facilities operate according to company policies and procedures, including revenue control, equipment maintenance, accurate signage, and parking flow.
Ensure daily operations meet company policies, including appropriate staffing, required supplies, and opening and closing procedures.
Manage operations to limit revenue loss, theft, or shrinkage of money or equipment.
Assist with collecting, recording, and depositing facility revenues.
Oversee the contract parker program, including customer registration, accounts receivable billing, and daily completeness.
Gather, review, and verify the timely and accurate completion of daily and monthly reports.
Promote a work environment that values integrity, problem-solving, collaboration, and transparency.
Review, screen, and respond to email, direct mail, and telephone calls.
Provide prompt, customer-oriented service and resolve issues without executive management involvement whenever possible.
Help train tenants and customers on the garage's online validation program and parking procedures.
Supervise staff and maintain the facility and equipment.
