About The Position

Propark Mobility is seeking a Parking Garage Supervisor for CampusParc at The Ohio State University. The supervisor serves as an ambassador to the client, its customers, and team members, and represents Propark’s culture and mission. The role includes recruiting, scheduling, training, and managing team performance in a supportive environment where employees receive direction and are empowered to meet objectives.

This is a full-time position paying $19.00 per hour, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The posting also says the position requires a flexible schedule and working weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Be at least 20 years old.
• Have a valid DMV driver's license for at least three years.
• Be insurable to operate a vehicle as a condition of initial and continued employment.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have at least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience.
• Have strong customer service or hospitality industry experience.
• Have strong conversational communication skills.
• Be willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train Ambassadors to ensure job expectations are met.
• Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Promote good customer relations by providing customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help.
• Complete work orders related to equipment issues and other reports requested by management.
• Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at assigned facilities and report safety or maintenance issues to local management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
• Recruit, schedule, and manage the performance of the team.
