About The Position

As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you promote public safety and ensure compliance with parking regulations. You patrol assigned parking areas, enforce parking laws, document violations, and help create an orderly and fair environment in the community. You interact with drivers as a courteous source of information and assistance, report incidents and concerns, and help provide exceptional service to parkers. The role also includes caring for issued equipment and vehicles, supporting the enforcement team, and helping improve parking operations and revenue collection.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately document violations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned parking areas to enforce regulations and address violations promptly.
• Accurately document parking violations and maintain proper records.
• Properly care for and maintain issued equipment and vehicles.

• Promptly report incidents, security concerns, and maintenance issues to appropriate authorities.
• Communicate clearly with the team and supervisors.

• Provide exceptional customer service and address parkers’ inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Educate parkers about regulations and guide them toward compliance.
• Assist with emergency situations and offer aid when required.
• Monitor parking to maximize revenue collection while minimizing unauthorized parking.
• Identify opportunities to improve enforcement efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in developing strategies to enhance profitability for the company and its clients.
