About The Position

The Park Quality Ambassador (Projects Cleaning) works as a Night Cleaner for Park Operations, completing a wide variety of cleaning and preparation duties before the park opens. The role includes blow packing; pressure washing; recycling and solid-waste handling; trash removal and disposal; sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping; washing windows and mirrors; cleaning restrooms, offices, breakrooms, hallways, stores and merchandise areas, cobwebs, and storage rooms or areas; and assisting in the warehouse as needed.

Working as part of a team, the Ambassador models a positive attitude, high energy, and a strong commitment to quality. The role follows procedures related to park opening and delivers efficient, courteous service. Work hours must fall between 3:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and may change based on park hours and business needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and not in high school.
• Must be available to work between 3:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.; hours may change based on park hours and business needs.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to push or pull up to 75 pounds on a cart with assistance.
• Comfort with performing all cleaning duties, including using cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift, up to 10 hours.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift and climb or ascend heights.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in dimly lit areas and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and preparation duties before the park opens, including blow packing, pressure washing, recycling and solid-waste handling, trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, window and mirror washing, and cleaning restrooms, offices, breakrooms, hallways, stores, merchandise areas, cobwebs, and storage areas.
• Assist in the warehouse as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures related to park opening.
• Deliver a consistently high-quality product.
• Provide excellent service in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Perform other duties as needed.
