About The Position

The Cleaning Quality Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operations and helping guide general business strategies. The role involves supervising field staff, coordinating team members, monitoring work at various sites, managing resources, and maintaining client relationships. The coordinator may also fill in for employees at different locations when call-ins occur.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting around 4:00 PM, for 25–35 hours per week. Compensation is $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations.

• Interview, onboard, train, and guide team members.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and perform facility inspections.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and resources effectively.
• Develop and maintain healthy relationships with clients.
• Fill in for employees at various locations when call-ins occur.
