About The Position

Anu Family Services is seeking Parent Coaches to serve Outagamie, Fond du Lac, Manitowoc, and nearby counties. Parent Coaches help caregivers build confidence in their parenting skills and strengthen their connection with their children. Many clients receive county support through Comprehensive Community Services, the Children’s Long-Term Support Waiver, or the child welfare system.

Parent Coaches teach caregivers to address their children’s emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. Using Present Moment Parenting, a strengths-based intervention, they help biological, foster, adoptive, and kinship parents focus on the whole child in the present and apply practical tools to improve family relationships and encourage healthy behavior changes.

This is a full-time position with a home-office base and travel to provide in-person, in-home services. The role offers a flexible schedule that includes some evening hours, competitive benefits, and professional development opportunities. Hired professionals receive paid training through an online Parenting Coach Certification course. The position also offers an opportunity to earn 3,000 supervised hours toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, human services, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness and availability to provide in-person, in-home services in the identified counties.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with caregivers whose children have experienced trauma.
• Experience in Comprehensive Community Services (CCS); this is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
