Requirements
- Assists certificated staff by implementing lesson plans (activities which include reviewing and correcting the work of pupils).
- Participates in parent conferences.
- Proctors examinations.
- Keeps relevant records.
- Operates instructional equipment and appropriate software in instructional settings.
- Performs related duties as required.
- Works with a deaf/hearing-impaired population to perform translations from oral language to sign and from sign to oral language.
- Assists in the implementation of the curriculum by facilitating communication designed to serve the deaf/hearing impaired pupil population.
