About The Position
HealthPro Pediatrics is hiring a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher for an on-site school setting in Tampa, Florida. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday W-2 position with a stated pay range of $42–$46 per hour. The teacher works with students and families and collaborates with school staff to address students’ educational needs, provide special education services, and support the development and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs).

Responsibilities
- Consult and collaborate with school staff and families regarding students’ educational deficits.
- Conduct initial screenings and comprehensive evaluations.
- Participate in the IEP process by developing present levels of performance, goals and objectives, and treatment recommendations for students qualifying for special education services.
- Provide special education sessions using current best practices and the services prescribed in each student’s IEP.
- Maintain district-required documentation, including notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEPs.
