About The Position

Requirements

At least 1 year of pantry or cold-food-preparation experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is strongly preferred.
Professional behavior and strong time-management skills.
High attention to detail and consistency in plating.
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Open availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous line cook experience is a plus.
Comfort working across different kitchen stations in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for seafood and working with fresh ingredients.

Responsibilities

Prepare and plate cold appetizers, composed salads, garnishes, and sauces.
Execute mise en place, including butchering seafood, preparing vegetables, and organizing components.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines for seafood and raw bar items.
Support other stations and contribute during busy service periods and events.
Maintain a clean, organized station and ensure timely execution of dishes.
Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver consistency and precision.
