About The Position

Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club is seeking a Pantry Cook to prepare high-quality dishes with precision and consistency in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen. The Pantry Cook works under the guidance of the Sous Chef and contributes to member and guest dining experiences while supporting kitchen standards and ongoing improvement.

The role is scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Hours may vary, and additional shifts may be scheduled for special events and banquets. Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.

Requirements

• Be legally eligible to work and serve in Florida and be at least 18 years old.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in pantry roles.
• Demonstrate proficiency at pantry stations.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have culinary experience, preferably in high-volume breakfast or dinner settings.
• Be able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be a self-starter with a strong passion for culinary excellence.
• Be an independent thinker who can work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Have a sharp eye for detail.

• Execute recipes according to the Sous Chef’s specifications.
