About The Position

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time Pantry Attendant to work at Hudson Yards in New York, New York. The role involves preparing pantry menu items for team members and guests, maintaining a clean and organized pantry, and providing attentive guest service in a busy dining environment. Pantry Attendants coordinate with the identified team member on duty and follow recipes, guidelines, and health and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in a restaurant of similar capacity and level of cuisine.
• Knowledge of basic cooking and food preparation techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes and perform basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reach up to 7 feet, and stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pantry menu items according to recipes and guidelines, coordinating with the identified team member on duty.
• Provide high standards of guest service by listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.
• Keep the pantry clean and organized, stocking and storing food products as needed and following health and sanitation standards.
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
