About The Position

REEDS Jewelers is hiring a Pandora Jewelry Sales Specialist for its Pandora-branded boutique at Coastal Grand Mall in Myrtle Beach. The role focuses on creating personalized customer experiences, building lasting client relationships, sharing knowledge of Pandora products and its brand story, and contributing to sales performance. The specialist also supports merchandising, store events, point-of-sale transactions, visual standards, cleanliness, organization, and store security procedures. The position is part of a team-oriented, high-energy retail environment guided by REEDS’ principles of integrity, performance excellence, stewardship, professionalism, entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork, and passion.

Requirements

• Retail or hospitality experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury sales.
• Enthusiasm for the Pandora and REEDS brands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and visual standards.
• Drive repeat business through clienteling and follow-up strategies.
• Support store events and promotional activities.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining visual standards.
• Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front and back of house.
• Follow store policies and security procedures.
