About The Position

Carvana is seeking Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians to work in its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. Mid-Level PDR Technicians are expected to access vehicle panels, use glue-pulling techniques, and repair smaller dents on steel and aluminum panels. Entry-level positions may include training programs designed to support skill and pay progression. The role includes a $4,000 hiring bonus and a competitive wage.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience for the described Mid-Level PDR Technician position.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license; some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.

Responsibilities

Access vehicle panels for paintless dent repair.
Use glue-pulling techniques.
Repair smaller-sized dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
Help ensure vehicles are inspected and brought to first-rate condition before being photographed and listed on Carvana’s website.
