About The Position

Carvana is hiring a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician for its vehicle reconditioning operation in Rio Linda, California. The technician repairs smaller-sized dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels, accesses panels, and uses glue-pulling techniques. The role is based in a high-tech Inspection Center and uses state-of-the-art tools. Carvana also offers training programs for entry-level employees to support skill and pay progression. The starting pay range is $25–$34 per hour. The position may require mandatory overtime based on business needs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check, and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
Experience accessing panels and using glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller-sized dents on steel and aluminum panels.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
