About The Position

Carvana is hiring an experienced Paintless Dent Repair Technician for its Hutchins, Texas location. The technician will work in a high-tech vehicle Inspection Center, repairing vehicle dents while helping ensure cars are in first-rate condition before they are listed for sale. The role involves advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, repair of creases and body lines, and repair of larger dents on steel and aluminum panels. Requirements

At least 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Ability to use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.

Responsibilities

Use advanced glue-pulling techniques to repair vehicle damage.
Repair hail damage, creases, body lines, and larger dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
Help ensure vehicles are inspected and brought to first-rate condition before reaching the Carvana website.
Work mandatory overtime when required by business needs.
