About The Position

Carvana is hiring an experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to work in one of its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. The technician repairs vehicle damage using advanced glue-pulling techniques, performs hail repair, repairs creases and body lines, and addresses larger dents on steel and aluminum panels. The role requires at least five years of professional automotive PDR experience. First- and second-shift availability is mentioned, and mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
