About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Experienced Paintless Dent Repair Technician to work in one of its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. The technician repairs vehicle damage using advanced glue-pulling techniques, performs hail repair, repairs creases and body lines, and repairs larger dents on steel and aluminum panels. The role offers an hourly wage of $33–$41 and an $8,000 bonus, along with company benefits and access to state-of-the-art tools. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment.
• Ability to use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Must pass a complete background check.
