This is a future opportunity for a Painting Sales Consultant in Summit County, CO, with Mountain Pro. The role involves selling residential and commercial painting projects, working with pre-qualified leads, assessing project needs, preparing estimates, presenting solutions, and collaborating with project managers. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, self-directed, and comfortable selling quality work in a mountain market. Mountain Pro is Summit County's largest painting contractor, known for craftsmanship, professionalism, and clear communication.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to earn trust quickly
  • Confidence estimating work and presenting to clients
  • Organized, self-directed approach with the ability to work independently
  • Comfort using technology, including CRM tools, estimating software, and related platforms
  • Based in Summit County or planning to relocate to the area

Nice To Haves

  • Background in construction, home services, design, painting, remodeling, or related fields
  • Familiarity with painting, remodeling, or construction

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners, contractors, builders, and clients to understand project needs
  • Walk job sites and assess residential and commercial painting opportunities
  • Prepare estimates and present clear, professional proposals
  • Turn warm, pre-qualified leads into booked projects
  • Communicate the value of Mountain Pro's craftsmanship, service, and professionalism
  • Collaborate with project managers to support a smooth handoff from sale to production
  • Manage follow-ups, client communication, and sales activity in an organized way
  • Use CRM tools, estimating software, and other technology to support the sales process
  • Help create a positive, professional client experience from first contact through project handoff
