This role requires speed, skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in demanding mountain conditions. You will work with experienced crews, follow project direction, support strong jobsite standards, and take pride in finished work that reflects Mountain Pro's reputation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of painting experience preferred, residential or commercial
  • Familiarity with airless and conventional spray systems
  • Comfortable working outdoors year-round and at elevation
  • Reliable transportation to Breckenridge and Summit County jobsites
  • Fluency in either English or Spanish

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with fine finishes such as trim, doors, or cabinetry is a plus
  • Steady, positive, and dependable attitude under pressure is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Apply paint, stain, lacquer, and other finishes to a high standard
  • Use and continue developing skills with professional spray equipment, including Graco, Titan, and similar systems
  • Follow blueprints, job specifications, and verbal instructions
  • Complete prep work, including masking, sanding, priming, protection, and cleanup
  • Maintain and troubleshoot spray systems and related equipment
  • Work safely at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
  • Communicate clearly with crew leads and teammates
  • Stay alert, safe, and productive on active jobsites
  • Support clean, lasting results in residential and commercial environments
