This position is for a Journeyman Painter who will be responsible for applying technical knowledge of all coating materials for acceptable application, employee development of Painter 1, communicating proficiently with managers about jobs and problems, and being responsible for tool inventory & needed products. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of airless spray equipment, professional sanders, pressure washers & other power tools, and demonstrate knowledge & implementation of safe ladder, fall protection & product hazards.
Requirements
- Proficient Painter With 5 years experience
- Valid driver's license
- Minimal Supervision
- Knowledge of airless spray equipment, professional sanders, pressure washers & other power tools
- Demonstrates knowledge & implementation of safe ladder, fall protection & product hazards
Responsibilities
- Daily oversight of employees under supervision
- Record / manage work orders & time management on job sites
- Apply technical knowledge of all coating materials for acceptable application
- Employee Development of Painter 1
- Communicate proficiently with managers about jobs and problems
- Responsible for tool inventory & needed products
