About The Position

AriensCo is hiring self-starting, motivated Painters for a new paint department in Fayetteville, Tennessee. The role involves painting outdoor power equipment and parts according to specifications, safely operating machines and tools, handling materials, and supporting daily production goals. The position offers a starting wage of $18 per hour plus a $2 shift differential. The regular schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., with overtime as needed. Initial training may last up to two weeks on first shift.

Requirements

Ability to stand and/or walk for more than 8 hours a day.
Ability to use hands to position parts.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies.
Must wear required personal protective equipment.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Desire for personal development and growth.
Must complete a respirator questionnaire.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Operate machines and tools safely.

Work as part of a team to paint outdoor power equipment.
Paint parts according to specifications.
Handle raw materials and/or parts and place them in designated locations.
Operate equipment needed to perform the job.
Adhere strictly to standard work.
Assist team members in other areas as needed to meet daily production goals.
Complete operator preventive maintenance on equipment.
Problem-solve effectively and communicate.
