Painter - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Gemini is hiring a full-time Painter for its Decorah, Iowa location. The role prepares and paints signage products according to customer orders, including taping areas before painting, removing tape after paint is applied, mixing paint in the appropriate quantity and quality, and spraying products as required. The position requires proper use of personal protective equipment and the ability to physically load and unload materials. The Painter reports to the Plant Manager. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Overtime is scheduled as needed. The wage range is $21.63–$28.61. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned or changed at any time. Compensation may vary based on candidate-specific factors and business needs. The role is eligible for additional benefits.
