The Paid Social Account Director is a senior individual contributor responsible for owning the strategy, performance, and execution of a high-investment enterprise paid social program (multi-million dollar monthly spend). This role serves as the primary subject matter expert and strategic lead across paid social channels, driving scalable growth through creative-led performance, advanced audience strategy, and data-driven decision making. You will act as the day-to-day strategic owner of one of the agency’s most complex and high-impact accounts—partnering closely with senior client stakeholders, creative teams, and cross-channel leads to deliver measurable business outcomes.
