Kargo is hiring an Account Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. You will work closely with the rest of the Success team to manage customers’ performance marketing on social media, work closely with the account director for day to day management of accounts, and provide optimization and performance insights. This role focuses on increasing revenue and conversions for Retail, eComm and Travel customers through a strategic, data-driven and analytical approach. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 4 days per week.
