About the Role As a Paid Social Manager at Solace, you'll own and scale our paid social acquisition engine — managing Meta end-to-end while expanding into new channels like TikTok and Snapchat. You'll close the loop between creative and performance, and you'll do it hands-on: daily account work, budget decisions, campaign architecture, testing, and creative strategy. Every optimization call you make will account for full-funnel impact — from CTR and CVR to show rates and LTV. You'll build out our process for creative reporting and iteration, work closely with our creative team, partner with data to keep measurement clean and decision-making grounded, and manage an associate.
