About The Position

StrawberryFrog is seeking a Senior Director, Paid Social & Paid Search, a senior paid media leader who is an expert in platforms and utilizes AI to enhance their capabilities. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational execution, and a hands-on approach to campaign management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving paid social and paid search initiatives, leading client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and partnering with the Head of Media on measurement and reporting. A key aspect of this role involves architecting AI-driven workflows and identifying relevant AI tools to improve efficiency and performance. The position demands a deep understanding of full-funnel, full-platform campaign execution across various channels and industries, with a strong emphasis on data, audience, and message integration.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading paid social and paid search across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Hands-on platform fluency. You can build, optimize, and troubleshoot a campaign yourself.
  • A real track record using AI to optimize buying, automate workflows, and scale performance.
  • Deep command of campaign architecture, audience strategy, bidding, creative testing, and measurement.
  • Proven success on B2C and B2B accounts. Retail, banking, healthcare strongly preferred.
  • Mastery of attribution, MMM, incrementality, tagging, pixels, and conversion tracking.
  • Comfortable as a senior client-facing voice on media.
  • Fluency with platform APIs, dashboards, and modern measurement stacks. GA4 in particular.
  • Agency experience required.
