About the position
We are seeking a Paid Performance Manager to join our marketing team. This role involves partnering with key stakeholders to effectively manage our paid social channels in support of rider and driver growth. The main goals of this role are to acquire new users and increase qualified driver applications while improving our customer acquisition cost (CAC) and increasing volume for both sides of the business. The Paid Performance Manager will lead all paid digital efforts, manage the digital marketing budget, and provide recommendations for optimizing and improving current channels.

Requirements
- 6+ years experience with managing end to end paid digital channels (Meta, TikTok, Search, etc)
- Experience working in lower funnel, conversion-focused marketing
- Strong understanding of key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, etc
- Ability to efficiently and effectively manage digital marketing budget
- Proven track record of optimizing and improving current channels
- Experience with creative improvements, budget recommendations, testing opportunities, and new ad formats
- Familiarity with setting up and successfully utilizing new channel opportunities
- Ability to collaborate with data team for performance visibility and effective decision making
- Knowledge of proper tracking and attribution setup for app and web-based efforts
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet project timelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
