StoragePRO Management is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative Paid Media Strategist to manage the execution and optimization of paid advertising for multi-location campaigns. This role will focus on enhancing lead generation, performance analysis, and budget management to maximize ROI. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on PPC and paid search in a multi-location environment.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display and Performance Max, Microsoft and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution.
  • Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels – a hands-on, team player.
  • Possess a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
  • Can “think outside the box”, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure/time-sensitive environment and adapt to shifts in priorities.

  • Experience in self-storage, real estate or property management a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies across all 140+ locations.
  • Identify growth opportunities across underperforming locations and markets.
  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and more.
  • Execute keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve metrics including CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and campaign structures.
  • Track and analyze performance across the portfolio; utilize dashboards and reporting systems to measure success.
  • Align campaigns with promotions, pricing, and occupancy goals.
  • Maintain account structure and naming conventions.
  • Stay current on PPC trends, tools, and platform updates.
