About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
1+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing preferred.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads strongly preferred.
A working understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and lead-to-sale performance.
Strong analytical instincts and the ability to use data to make decisions rather than simply report results.
A growth mindset and willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and improve through iteration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and franchise business owners.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, markets, and priorities simultaneously.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where strategies, priorities, and opportunities can change quickly.
A proactive mentality. You look for problems to solve and opportunities to improve rather than waiting to be told what to do.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for multiple brands and franchise markets.
Monitor performance against key metrics including cost per lead, cost per booked estimate, conversion rate, return on ad spend, lead volume, and overall marketing efficiency.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through budget allocation, targeting, creative testing, bidding strategies, landing page alignment, and account structure.
Work closely with account management, creative, leadership, and franchise owners to understand market performance and recommend actionable improvements.
Proactively collaborate across departments to help scale paid media programs across a rapidly growing franchise network.
Build, launch, test, and optimize campaigns within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Analyze campaign and market-level data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring intervention.
Develop clear, KPI-driven reporting that translates advertising performance into meaningful business insights.
Partner with the creative team to identify winning messaging, offers, formats, and advertising concepts.
Maintain and continuously improve paid media SOPs, campaign standards, account structures, and quality-control processes.
Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies, brand standards, and internal advertising guidelines.
Manage projects, deliverables, and communication through the company's project management systems.
Stay current on changes to Meta, Google, attribution, AI-powered advertising tools, and the broader digital advertising landscape.
