K18 is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paid Media Specialist to support the execution, reporting, and optimization of our paid media efforts across DTC and Amazon channels. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative and comfortable managing data while also contributing to campaign strategy and testing.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and performance analysis
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinker with an interest in testing and experimentation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and Amazon advertising is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own weekly and monthly reporting across paid channels for DTC + Amazon, delivering clear insights on performance, trends, and opportunities for optimization
  • Support creative concepting and testing initiatives, including developing hypotheses, briefing assets, and analyzing results
  • Proactively ideate and execute testing strategies across paid social channels, including ad format experimentation, audience and keyword targeting strategies, and platform-specific opportunities that drive incremental performance
  • Manage creative project workflows, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver assets on time
  • Execute ad trafficking across paid channels including Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, CTV, Amazon, etc. ensuring campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in ongoing optimizations to improve efficiency and scale
  • Stay up to date on platform trends, new features, and best practices to continuously evolve our paid media approach
