About The Position

HigherVisibility, a leading internet marketing firm located in Memphis, TN, is growing quickly and in need of a fully remote, experienced Paid Media Specialist. Position Overview The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns for a high-volume portfolio of franchise and single-unit clients. This role focuses on implementing proven strategies, ensuring accurate campaign builds, and maintaining consistent performance across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts efficiently within a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on paid media management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously is required.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads Manager is essential.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and basic conversion tracking principles is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for basic data manipulation and reporting is also necessary.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding budget management and ad copy accuracy, is crucial.
  • An eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve technical skills is expected.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with franchise or multi-location clients is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools is also a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Builds, launches, and manages paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads according to established agency best practices and SOPs.
  • Executes routine optimizations, including keyword expansion, negative keyword management, bid adjustments, and ad copy testing.
  • Monitors daily performance and budget pacing across a high volume of assigned accounts to ensure targets are met.
  • Troubleshoots basic underperforming campaigns and implements corrective actions based on data analysis.
  • Strictly adheres to compliance guidelines, ensuring all ad copy and creative materials are sourced directly from the client's official website.
  • Generates accurate and timely performance reports for assigned clients using internal tools.
  • Analyzes campaign data to identify basic trends and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.
  • Ensures conversion tracking and pixels are functioning correctly, escalating complex technical issues to senior team members or the Analytics team.
  • Actively participates in 1:1 meetings, team training, and mentorship sessions to develop technical skills and strategic knowledge.
  • Maintains up-to-date certifications for Google Ads and Meta Ads and stays informed on platform updates, industry trends, and new features.
