About The Position

Reload Media is seeking a sharp, ambitious Paid Media Specialist to join their team in Sydney. This role is a hybrid position that offers industry-leading perks and benefits. The specialist will work across the full paid media mix, including Search, Social, Programmatic, and more, driving real results for a portfolio of exciting brands. As a Google Premier Partner agency, Reload Media invests in employee growth and provides AI tools to enhance work. This is a hands-on, client-facing role responsible for owning high-performing campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and execution to reporting and optimization. The role involves working closely with clients and offers a clear development pathway with a proven track record of promoting individuals to senior roles.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of paid media experience, ideally with exposure to multiple channels (Search, Social, Display, and/or Programmatic).
  • Demonstrated track record of running data-driven campaigns that deliver real results for clients.
  • Strong client-facing skills with a passion for building genuine client relationships.
  • Confident presentation and communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Actively embraces AI tools as part of everyday practice.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with great attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Agency experience is valued but not essential.
  • Familiarity with GA4, eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), CMS tools, or data visualization will be a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor, leading meetings, pitches, and QBRs, translating data into actionable narratives, and proactively bringing strategic recommendations.
  • Support new business pitches by contributing expertise to sales pitches and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute bespoke multi-channel paid media strategies across Search, Social, Display, Video, and more, aligned with client business objectives.
  • Build, manage, and continuously optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Programmatic to meet performance targets and manage client budgets (up to $500k per month).
  • Design and run structured test-and-learn frameworks to identify performance improvements and scale campaigns.
  • Leverage first-party data and tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, IbisWorld, GWI) to refine strategy and inform client recommendations.
  • Stay updated on paid media trends and proactively introduce new ideas and channel innovations to clients.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of strategic output.
