Reporting to the Director, Global Digital Marketing & Media, this position will support the strategy and day-to-day execution of Olaplex’s media activities across all channels. You will work closely with cross-functional sales and marketing stakeholders and will manage Olaplex’s external media agency. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between high-level business goals and day-to-day management of media campaigns across our DTC and retail channels. This is a high-impact role requiring a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality, where you will balance technical platform optimization with high-level strategy to ensure Olaplex exceeds brand and revenue goals.
